DESCRIPTION:We are delighted to have renown author and veterinarian\, Dr. Douglas Mader speak to us on invasives in the Florida Keys. Dr. Mader is an internationally acclaimed lecturer and is the recipient of numerous awards in veterinary medicine and conservation. He is the consulting veterinarian for the Key West Butterfly Conservancy\, the Key West Aquarium\, the Monroe County Sheriff’s Zoo\, the Sea Turtle Hospital\, the Everglades Alligator Farm\, and the Key Deer Refuge. Dr. Mader will discuss fauna and flora changes in the Florida Keys over the last few decades.
